The letters concern New Mexico politics, includingthe Progressive Party in San Miguel County, land issues, mining concerns, and Prichard's time asdistrict attorney for southern New Mexico. This part of the collection also contains legal papersfor the Santa Fe Dredging and Mining Trust and other mining corporations. Additional miningmaterials, including documents relating to the Abo Canyon Copper Mining Co., will also be foundin Box 10 of the collection.
